Is it legal to buy cannabis?

The legality of cannabis varies depending on the country and location. In some countries and states, medical cannabis is legal and can be obtained with a prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. In other countries and states, possession and use of cannabis, including medical cannabis, is illegal.

The legality of cannabis seeds also varies depending on location. In some countries and states, it is legal to buy and sell cannabis seeds for purposes such as collecting or research. In other countries and states, it is illegal to buy, sell, or possess cannabis seeds. It is important to check the local laws and regulations in your area before purchasing cannabis seeds.

Is a cannabis seed a plant?

According to botanical science, a seed is considered a plant in its earliest stage of development. When a seed is viable and germinates, it begins to grow into a plant, with roots, stems, leaves, and eventually flowers. The seed itself is not a plant, but it has the potential to become one. So, in a sense, a seed is both a plant and not a plant at the same time. It is part of a plant (the parent plant that produced the seed), but it also has the potential to develop into a separate and distinct plant.

It's also worth noting that the term "plant" can be used in a few different ways, and it can sometimes be difficult to draw a clear line between what is and what is not a plant. In some contexts, the term "plant" might be used to refer to a single organism, while in other contexts it might be used to refer to a group of organisms (such as a stand of trees). In general, though, it is safe to say that a seed is a plant in its earliest stage of development, and that it becomes a separate and distinct plant once it germinates and begins to grow.

Do you offer a guarantee on your seeds?

We do not offer a germination guarantee on our seeds, as germination success can depend on a number of factors including growing conditions and techniques. However, we do guarantee that all seeds are of high quality and have been stored properly in accordance with our seed storage guide. If you have any issues with the quality of your seeds, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Do you sell regular cannabis seeds?

Yes, we offer a range of cannabis seeds including feminised seeds, auto-flowering seeds, and regular seeds. Please check the product description to understand the type of seed you are purchasing. Regular seeds contain a mix of male and female genetics, while feminised seeds are bred to only produce female plant genetics. This is achieved through a breeding process that eliminates any male genetics, resulting in seeds that are approximately 100% female.

How many seeds are in each pack

Each pack contains 12 seeds. All seeds are carefully examined before being packaged and we do not sell any damaged seeds. It is a myth that the size or color of a seed affects its viability – these characteristics do not determine the health of a seed.
